Las Vegas Review-Journal, September 22, 2014 (Source) — The franchise Jimmy Johns reached a settlement Monday regarding the 2011 crash when a Jimmy John’s delivery vehicle collided with motorcyclist, Ty Cirillo, who suffered severe injuries. The franchise was sued for “creating and instituting policies that endorse dangerous, illegal and reckless driving” and “failing to reprimand or discipline employees for violating traffic laws,” says Robert Eglet of Eglet Law.
