Las Vegas Trial Lawyer– Ashley E. Kabins
Ashley first joined Eglet Adams in 2016 as an intern while she attended law school. Upon completion of her law degree, she worked as a legal clerk before becoming an Associate Attorney in 2019. Ashley is on the mass torts team where she assists Founding Partner Robert Adams in trial preparation.
Ashley attended the University of Oregon where she double-majored in psychology and sociology. She also earned a minor in business administration. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Ashley went on to attend the Santa Clara University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2018.
While attending Santa Clara Law, Ashley worked at a will and estate planning firm, the Northern California Innocence Project, and at the consumer debt clinic at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center. She was also an editor for the Journal of International Law and spent time studying at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.
As a student, Ashley received a CALI award in Legal Research and Writing, and a Witkins Award for Entertainment Transactions. Both awards are earned by achieving the highest grade in a class.
Ashley is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. She is a member of the California Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ashley was named a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers in 2023 and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers 2023-2024.
