Jury Selection in Trial Against Health Plan of Nevada

Patients allege they affected thousands of valley residents with hepatitis C exposure. Attorney for the Plaintiff, Robert Eglet says there is a vast amount of evidence showing the insurance provider was negligent. “They continued to put him on their network, knowing that he was not a good doctor, knowing that there were serious problems with his clinic and knowing they were putting their insured members at risk,” stated Eglet.
