Las Vegas Trial Lawyer – Cassandra S.M. Cummings
Cassandra joined Eglet Prince in May 2018 as an Associate Attorney. Cassandra is on the mass torts team where she focuses on wrongful death, product liability and class action matters. Prior to joining Eglet Prince, Cassandra was an attorney for a national full-service firm as a member of the litigation team where she worked on insurance defense, premises liability and construction defect cases.
Immediately following law school, Cassandra worked for a regional firm representing general contractors in construction defect cases. In addition to her civil practice experience, Cassandra has represented neglected and abused children through the Children’s Attorneys Project.
Cassandra attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She then went on to attend law school at the University of Oregon where she earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2010. Cassandra is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and Moms Demand Action of Gun Sense in America.
When she’s not practicing law, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband and two children exploring parks and museums.
