Las Vegas Trial Lawyer – Danielle C. Miller

Danielle joined Eglet Adams in May 2020 as an Associate Attorney. Danielle is on the litigation team where she drafts pleadings, attends depositions and works closely with Senior Partner Tracy Eglet on catastrophic injury matters.

Prior to joining Eglet Adams, Danielle worked for a large insurance defense firm where she practiced in the areas of general liability insurance defense and insurance bad faith.  Before that, Danielle worked for a boutique law firm practicing in the areas of business litigation and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy.

Danielle was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Having grown up with a father serving in the United States Air Force, Danielle spent most of her early years traveling throughout the United States, as well as overseas to Hawaii, Guam, Japan, South Korea, and her mother’s home country of Panama.  All of which exposed her to an array of different backgrounds and cultures.

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  While attending law school, Danielle clerked for the Criminal Appellate Division of the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office.  While there, she handled numerous criminal appeals and had the honor of arguing before the Nebraska Court of Appeals.

Danielle is licensed to practice in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, Clark County Bar Association, NAACP, The National Black Lawyers Top 100, and the National Bar Association.  When not working, Danielle enjoys working out, cooking, traveling, watching football (go Broncos!), playing with her dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.
