Legal Assistant, CLAIMS:
Eglet Prince, Av-Rated personal Injury law firm seeks applicants with experience in all aspects of pre-litigation insurance casualty claims- this is NOT a paralegal position, nor is it an entry-level position.
The ideal candidate with have a strong knowledge of casualty insurance relative to personal injury claims, and excellent communication skills. Microsoft Word and Outlook experience is required. Needles experience is a plus. bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Legal Intake Specialist:
Elite Las Vegas litigation firm Eglet Prince is looking for an Intake Specialist. Candidate will be responsible for screening incoming potential client leads, collection of client information, scheduling appointments, meeting with clients, preparation of various letters to insurance companies, requesting medical records and billing statements, updating clients verbally and/or via e-mail. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Must know how to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Needles is a plus.
Eglet Prince is looking for support staff to work on high profile mass tort cases alongside Senior partners. Experience as a paralegal working in litigation is required. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience required. Needles experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. We are looking to hire people who want a career, not just a job. Given the nature of litigation, there will be long hours and weekends.
